Amber grew up in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. She graduated from Concordia College in 2000, then earned her J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law and was admitted to the Minnesota Bar in 2003.

Amber spent her early career at a Twin Cities litigation firm handling all levels of civil litigation, particularly insurance defense — earning recognition in Minnesota Law & Politics Rising Star issue three separate times.

In 2011, she developed a new expertise in estate planning, quickly becoming a well-respected attorney with a deep passion for helping families plan for the future. Today, her practice is exclusively devoted to helping families avoid litigation and leave their legacy.

Amber and her husband Jeremy are the proud parents of two daughters and live in Chaska, MN. Outside the office, she enjoys golf, reading, cooking, and the outdoors.
